Plants that attract bees

Orders placed now should be delivered w/c 25th June. Any plants on sale are discounted just because we need to sell them before they get too big to fit in our boxes!

All our plants have been carefully selected to ensure that they are amongst the most attractive to bees; we grow and observe each variety before we offer them for sale. And of course they are all grown organically and are peat and pesticide free!

We sell our plants in trays of 6 plants, or sometimes 10, and each tray is enough to fill 1+ square meters of flowering area. All plugs and plants are ready to go straight into the ground and we recommend planting in blocks of 3s or 5s as a big block is more efficient for the bees.

Sorry we only deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Please note we deliver by courier.

Erysimum (wallflower) Bowles Mauve

12.00

Tray of 6 plants

Simply the best wallflower for bees because it flowers for so long - up to 30 weeks in some years! Wallflowers are really useful plants for the early part of the season providing bright colours to herald the arrival of spring and provide early nectar for bees. This one has the longest flowering season and will provide large pinky purple flowers from March through to Sept. Grows 40cm tall and benefits from being trimmed back lightly after flowering to stop it getting too woody.
