Plants that attract bees

Orders placed now will be delivered mid April depending on the weather. If items are out of stock, in most cases this is temporary while we grow more.

All our plants have been carefully selected to ensure that they are amongst the most attractive to bees; we grow and observe each variety before we offer them for sale. And of course they are all grown organically and are peat and pesticide free!

We sell our plants in trays of 6 plants, or sometimes 10, and each tray is enough to fill 1+ square meters of flowering area. All plants are ready to go straight into the ground and we recommend planting in blocks of 3s or 5s as a big block is more efficient for the bees.

Sorry we only deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Please note we deliver by courier.

Tray of 6 plants

This is the top bee-plant we have found for attracting bumblebees in shade. Attracts bumblebees, particularly carders. Produces a mass of dark leaves, sometimes with maroon splashes, and this hybrid, which self-seeded in my garden, has purple flowers that fade to white in the centre. Good ground over under trees.
