Plants that attract bees

Orders placed now will mostly be delivered w/c 30th April

All our plants have been carefully selected to ensure that they are amongst the most attractive to bees; we grow and observe each variety before we offer them for sale. And of course they are all grown organically and are peat and pesticide free!

We sell our plants in trays of 6 plants, or sometimes 10, and each tray is enough to fill 1+ square meters of flowering area. All plugs and plants are ready to go straight into the ground and we recommend planting in blocks of 3s or 5s as a big block is more efficient for the bees.

Sorry we only deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

Tray of 6 plants

All alliums  (onion family) are good for bees but chives produce great masses of flowers and have the advantage that you can eat them (but please snip the leaves gently from the sides to avoid chopping off the flower buds). With a tray of 10 you can make either a border edge of a great mass of them and have plenty for both you and the bees.

Deep pink flowers, 30cm tall
