Preparing stock for 2014

I have spent the last few days in the polytunnel very happily potting on the baby plants into the trays we sell them in.

Now that the light levels are approaching spring levels - 10 hours of day-light and even some sunshine - the plants are all beginning to respond with signs of new growth and are ready to have some new compost.

This picture shows a selection of the plants all huddled together in a heat mat where they will spend a couple of weeks to encourage root development.
